Location
I operate from a studio in Dublin City Centre (details below). I also travel to clients, taking account of reasonable travel time / fuel expenses. I usually don't travel to clients for sessions less than 90 mins duration.

Sessions

Approach
The approach taken will depend on your individual needs and experience.  The first session will involve me asking you many questions about yourself, your goals and situation, in order to ascertain which approaches and methods may best suit you. I do not follow a single formulaic method, but draw on a range of approaches and techniques. During your sessions, we will explore, identify and practice tools and ideas to help reach your chosen goals. After the first session, you will hopefully have a fairly good idea if the work is something you want to pursue.

Session duration
Sessions are anywhere between 1/hr, 90 mins, 2 or 3hrs long or more, depending on your needs.

Programme and Frequency of sessions
This will obviously depend on your goals, and on what you can afford in terms of time / finances. Many aspects of the work require sustained guided development and personal practice over time, and a certain number of sessions are generally recommended, depending again, on your chosen goals and situation. Usually less than one session per week is not helpful, though I appreciate that this is not always possible for people. Some clients do one or two sessions per week. Others choose to do longer sessions but to spread them out less regularly. It can be helpful to commit for a concentrated period initially at least, in order to build momentum and continuity. I am also open to taking friends and colleagues of lesser means, in pairs or small groups, who wish to pool their resources.

Depending on your goals, you may wish to finish after a few sessions or continue on a regular basis.

Cancellation Policy

Please note in the event of a cancellation I respectfully ask for 24hrs notice, in which case we can arrange a mutually suitable alternative slot.

What to bring

It is necessary to wear relatively comfortable non-restrictive clothing and relatively flat soled shoes to sessions as the work generally requires a certain freedom of movement.

Feel free to bring whatever written, recorded or prepared material you may wish to work on, if applicable.

Availability and Location

Current Availability and Location:

I operate from Dublin City Centre during weekdays, from either Sound Training College, Essex Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2 (above right map), or the Gaiety School of Acting in Essex Street west, (which is a continuation of Temple Bar) further towards the 'Christchurch end' of Temple Bar (below right map) .

Sound Training College (STC) - NOTE: Take care! There are TWO STC LOCATIONS = I am at the STC right on Temple Bar itself  - the door to the college is directly across the street from the IBAT college and Fitzsimons Hotel / Bar (directly opposite the point at which the facades for those two building join!). PLEASE NOTE the door to the sound training college is quite small and not hugely obvious - it's a single glass door, with grey surround, tucked in a little, (with a small stainless steel bollard to one side on which are two doorbells.) It's NOT the main door to the National Photographic Archive (right beside), which occupies the lower floors of the same building! Just press the bell on the bollard marked STC , pull the door when it releases, and come up the stairs and into the canteen area  (on the same level as the main reception) and I will meet you there.

Molesworth Gallery, Molesworth Street, Dublin 2, Studio Upstairs. Molesworth Street runs between the Dail (Leinster House) on Kildare Street, and Dawson Street - NOTE: You may need to give me a missed call when you're outside the gallery, as the bell is hard to hear from the upstairs studio.
